In need of a little Sunday brunch inspiration? Put a twist on the classic champagne cocktail with Schofferhofer Grapefruit.

Ingredients:
1 oz. gin
1/2 oz. St. Germain
3/4 oz. fresh lime
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz Schofferhofer Grapefruit beer
Glass: Champagne flute or coupe
Directions:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients, except beer, and shake vigorously. Strain over ice and top off with Schofferhofer Grapefruit.
