Rumor has it – Hemingway would drink his daiquiris with grapefruit. Pretty sure he would approve of this Schofferhofer Grapefruit variation.
Hemmingway
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. basil-infused simple syrup
3/4 .oz fresh squeesed grapefruit juice
2 oz. Schofferhofer Grapefruit beer
citrus sugared rim
Dip coupe in sugar and citrus. Pour rum, basil infused simple syrup and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice into shaker with ice cubes. Shake, strain into coupe. Top off with Schofferhofer Grapefruit.
