Food Vendors

Part of the #TapCork experience always includes tasty eats and treats from some of New York’s finest eateries: bars, restaurants, caterers & food trucks.

The following will be expected of participating vendors.

  • Festival website promotion: as #TapCork continues advertising for the festival on  our own social media sites, we encourage vendors to do so as well mixing in a considerable amount of photos and contact information for #TapCork and the vendor’s business as well.
    • It helps to include photos of food the vendor themselves will be selling at the festival as a preview to boost interest for the vendor’s brand the day of the event. Keep in mind there will be beer, wine, and spirits so consider a menu that pairs with beverages.
  • Signed Application with  application fee: Complete this form or via web link provided,  http://bit.ly/tapcorkvendor2019
  • Certificate of Insurance, if applicable, per above instructions needed by May 12, 2019  The Certificate will need to list the following organizations as additional insured:

  • Tents if located outside (TapCork or Kings Theatre will NOT provide this)
  • Electrical cords at 110 watts (limited power will be provided, first come/first serve)
  • Floor-length table coverings, white preferably or vendor can use their branded banner
  • Agreement to distribute this Festival’s promo via your various channels. We will provide you with fliers to place in your business to assist in the promotion of the event. Keep in mind that the more people that attends the festival, the better the vendor’s opportunity to earn more profit and exposure from the event.
  • Handcarts and staff to load/unload supplies
  • All necessary equipment for transacting sales (registers, electronic payment equipment, etc.)
  • A sign and/or banner to hang behind and/or above your booth (tent ridge is 10 feet high)
  • Bags and cartons to facilitate sales

Fees Set Up

All vendors must be set-up no later than 1:00 p.m. (doors open at 1:30pm) on the day of the event (Saturday, May 25, 2019) and no displays can be removed until after 8:00 p.m. at the conclusion of the festival. The event will be held rain or shine. Wine and beer vendors will be under tents if inclement weather surfaces.  

  • 10×10 space (approximately)
  • 2 tables will be provided to all /beer vendors by the venue and #TapCork staff)

The food vendors are must provide a 100 -ord description of all food and beverage items being sold. Vendor must adhere to all health department regulations. Electrical service will be provided (you must provide electrical cords, said cords MUST be in good working order and they must not present a safety hazard to festival attendees or to other vendors.)
