Tap+Cork has announced the addition of two free events to make the 4th Annual Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest a three-day affair. The pre-fest #TapNiteOut events kick off the weekend celebration August 4-5 with beverages, food and community. And, resident DJ CEO returns to kick-off the festivities.
