The third annual Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest will take place August 15, kicking off with special pop-up events on August 14. The now two-day event will feature expanded craft beer and wine selections as well as a special Motown music celebration.

March 26, 2015 (NY) — Arts+Crafts, Inc. has announced their annual Tap+Cork: Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest will take place August 14-15, 2015. In its third year, the festival has gained increasing community and attendee support leading to its expansion into a two-day experience full of great tastings, food and entertainment.

Restoration Plaza, in Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, will again be the main host for the festival. With the assistance of beverage and food partners, Tap+Cork has also incorporated other locations into its plans, which will be announced in May.

“We have expanded our selections to meet crowd demands,” said Tai Allen, creative director of Arts+Crafts & Tap+Cork. “We are looking forward to accommodating our beer, wine and food fans on an even higher level — especially after we “sold out” last year with more than 1400 revelers in attendance.”

This year’s event will feature at least 45-50 craft beers and artisanal wines, as well as curated cuisines from in-demand food vendors, along with local vendors and home-brewing demonstrations will be on-site. In addition, the fest will include live musical performances and a musical Motown tribute.

Tap+Cork organizers also continue to place heavy focus/emphasis on supporting area businesses. This year, they have teamed with Bed-Stuy Gateway Business Improvement District and members of New York City’s City Council to include hospitality providers from Central and Eastern Brooklyn.

Tap+Cork Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest weekend takes place August 14 -15, with its main event being hosted at Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Plaza, located at 1368 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York. Early bird tickets, for your 3oz tastings, go on sale NOW.
